2, correct judgment to avoid serious equipment accidents of DH air compressor series

At 7:15 on July 9, and 7 23 points when instantaneous abnormal noise from the air compressor, at the same time level bearing temperature rising in both have obvious peak, temperature by 55 # to 62 #, at the time of 8, 10 points stop inspection at all levels of bearing, just have some large area contact window, make minor repair, after again in 15 points by July 10, 20 start air compressor bearing temperature 58 #, through more than three times the vibration of the comparison and analysis, found the abnormal vibration amplitude suddenly rises abnormally, bearing temperature change sharply, accompanied by a sharp sound, at the same time step on the vibration spectrum of power frequency peak,It is inevitable that abnormal damage occurs in the rotor part, which causes the sudden destruction of the rotor dynamic balance.Decisively decided to stop the operation of air compressor at 0:50 on July 11, when the initial determination of the abnormal situation of the air compressor may be caused by the serious imbalance of the rotor system, stage impeller damage.After disassembly inspection, it was found that the impeller cover was much more serious than we expected. There were two radial penetration cracks in the impeller cover, each of which was more than 100mm long. In addition, there was another crack in the sealing ring at the end.If this rotor continues to run, the crack will expand rapidly, which will inevitably cause the impeller to break and break the big cover of the air compressor to fly out. The high-speed rotor will suddenly become unstable and destroy all the bearings, which will lead to the whole air compressor to be scrapped. Meanwhile, the flying debris may also cause heavy casualties and great losses.
 
3, provide the basis for Ⅱ series air compressor replacement spare parts
 
Ⅱ series air compressor rotor, the high-speed running from 1997 shaft vibration has been at a higher level, level 65 m, % 56 m, is beyond the scope vibration allowed.
 
Although the vibration amplitude is relatively large, it is relatively stable.
