1. Air compressors are generally selected based on the actual cooling capacity requirements of the design working conditions. Generally, compressors operate year-round and have to cross the extreme weather of winter and summer. This working method is suitable for situations where the ambient temperature is relatively stable and the load is not large, but in actual use, the ambient temperature is not always constant. Under extreme weather and complex working environments, various production activities can cause changes in cold load, frequent temperature changes, and frequent engine starts and stops, which can result in significant energy waste and also easily damage machine components.

Under certain operating conditions, the cooling capacity of the compression mechanism is directly proportional to the mass flow rate. The basic idea of variable frequency regulation is to adjust the mass flow rate by changing the compressor motor speed, thereby changing the total refrigeration capacity of the unit.
So, it is not difficult to see that adding a frequency converter to the air compressor and using the frequency converter to effectively adjust the frequency of the air compressor is very worthwhile, both subjectively and objectively.
