The gas storage tank should be tested annually with hydraulic pressure, and the test pressure should be 1.5 times of the working pressure. 8、When the air compressor is stopped, gradually open the exhaust valve of the storage tank, slowly reduce the pressure, correspondingly reduce the speed of the diesel engine and make the air compressor run at low speed with no load for 5 to 10 seconds. After stopping, the diesel engine continues to run at low speed for 5 seconds before stopping. In winter, when the temperature is lower than 5 degrees, the cooling water without antifreeze should be drained after stopping.

After the diesel engine is started, it must be run at low speed, medium speed and rated speed for heating. Pay attention to the normal readings of each meter before running with load. The air compressor should be started by gradually increasing the load and only run at full load after all parts are normal.
